Quo Vadis

Quo Vadis

Mervyn LeRoy is one of those directors who are known for their recognizable style. Mervyn LeRoy has his own style, which he remains faithful for his whole career. It is worth returning to the movie, there is a chance that every time we discover something new The film encourages reflection and, although it is not an outstanding work, it is certainly worth getting acquainted with it. Efficient balancing between different, preferably extreme, moods seems to me one of the greatest pieces in screenwriting. There are few works similarly affecting the viewer, leaving such an emotional resonance after the screening. For 3/4 of the movie, I had an unpleasant hug in my stomach. Subconsciously, I felt that the action would go even worse, that the main character would have even harder. Uplading Quo Vadis here was good idea, I received a lot of 'thanks' replies.
